Marketing Intern – Fall Semester 2026

About the role

The Boston Celtics are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern for the Fall Semester of 2026. This part‑time position (29 hours/week) offers hands‑on experience in sports marketing, supporting key initiatives and events while learning the inner workings of a premier NBA organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing major marketing initiatives and tentpole events aligned with the Celtics' brand.
• Research fan and social trends and present findings to inform future marketing strategies.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, tracking events, deadlines, and key activities.
• Attend community and sponsored events, capture content, and help create authentic marketing materials.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments on various marketing projects and campaigns.

Required profile

• Junior or senior undergraduate student, or graduate student, eligible for academic credit.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly driven, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work scheduled home games and events.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
