Digital Marketing Engineer

About the role

As a Digital Marketing Engineer at 7AI, you will translate buyer intent signals into targeted campaigns that drive pipeline impact. You will work directly within the company’s marketing stack, partnering with creative and content teams to ensure the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor buyer and intent signals and translate them into actionable campaign steps.
• Build and maintain workflows that push signals into LinkedIn and Google ad platforms, creating audience‑specific campaigns.
• Deploy existing 7AI content to the right audiences at the optimal time, avoiding blanket messaging.
• Design, launch, and iterate campaigns quickly, bypassing lengthy agency cycles.
• Measure performance using conversion tracking, UTMs, GA4, Google Tag Manager and tie results to pipeline impact.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce campaign assets and collateral.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Proven track record launching and optimizing paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with ABM, intent data and tools such as Clay, Influ2 or Demandbase.
• Ability to turn ideas into measurable tests quickly and iterate based on results.
• Experience marketing to technical or enterprise audiences, ideally in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS.
