Marketing Events Coordinator

About the role

One Day Bath, a leading bath‑remodeling company, is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to drive local event initiatives and generate new business in the Downers Grove area. You will lead the planning, execution, and follow‑up of community and retail events, working closely with sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Research, secure, and schedule participation in home shows, fairs, festivals, retail events, and community gatherings.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate all event logistics, including booth setup and promotional materials.
• Maintain the annual events calendar and ensure each event is properly staffed.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule Event Representatives to staff booths.
• Generate qualified leads by scheduling free in‑home consultations during events.
• Track event performance, prepare reports, and share insights with sales and marketing.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality.
• Leadership experience with a talent for coaching and motivating team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation, ability to lift up to 30 lb, and stand for extended periods.
• Weekend availability is required.
