Marketing & Events Assistant

About the role

Join Focusrite Group’s Americas marketing team as a Marketing & Events Assistant. This part‑time position supports product seeding, inventory logistics, and event activation for world‑renowned audio brands.

Key responsibilities

• Process product seeding and demo orders in NetSuite, maintain accurate loan records, and ensure timely returns.
• Locate, pack, label, and ship inventory using FedEx, managing pickups and returns.
• Keep the storage unit organized and event‑ready, handling gear, accessories, and equipment.
• Own the full logistics cycle for events: find, pack, log, ship, receive, break down, and restore gear.
• Replenish stock levels for branded merchandise, cables, and event materials.
• Assist on artist and influencer campaigns, coordinate NDAs and partnership agreements, and track campaign data for insights.

Required profile

• Early‑career marketer eager to learn and work hard.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• NetSuite (ERP) for order processing and inventory tracking.
