Marketing Database Manager

About the role

Norton Rose Fulbright, a global law firm with more than 3,000 lawyers and business services professionals across 50 offices, is hiring a Marketing Database Manager in Houston. The role is the functional lead and primary administrator of the InterAction CRM platform, with a focus on the InterAction Windows Client. It covers day-to-day functionality, configuration, data processes, data quality, reporting and ongoing enhancement of InterAction and its connected tools, including the firm's email marketing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage InterAction Windows configuration settings (Folder Templates, naming conventions, Folder Dependency Analyzer, Saved Searches, data change management, import/export and Web Profile).
• Ensure the database is segmented for targeted marketing and keep it accurate through data cleanup and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot data errors related to HR and billing systems, use InterAction Data Minder to offboard users and fix account sync cycles.
• Coordinate CRM activities and workflows with internal teams, manage external AI tools for data quality, and coordinate upgrades and new features with IT and vendors.
• Serve as US functional lead for the email marketing platform, create campaign templates, user accounts and web forms, run campaigns and mailing lists, and prepare monthly reports on open rates and other KPIs.
• Support problem diagnosis, standardize procedures with CRM managers, prepare activity reports and work with marketing and business development on bespoke reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience with InterAction or a similar CRM database, or 10 years in lieu of a degree.
• Advanced knowledge of InterAction or a similar CRM and Vuture.
• Strong understanding of data management and stewardship.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience preferred; legal or professional services experience highly preferred.
• Ability to balance hands-on work with strategic oversight, strong project management and attention to detail.
