- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, development standards and knowledge-base content.
- Communicate technical designs, recommendations and risks to stakeholders, leadership and clients.

- Expert experience in large, complex T-SQL codebases with business-critical functionality in stored procedures and database objects.
- Ability to read and understand C# or VB.NET application code.
- Proven experience conducting code reviews and establishing database development standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including with clients and senior stakeholders.
- U.S. resident only; hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote) in Houston, TX or Greenwich, CT, or remote within the U.S.
Required skills
- SQL Server architecture, query optimization, indexing strategies and execution plan analysis.
- Performance tuning and debugging of SQL Server applications.
- Use of SQL Server monitoring, profiling and diagnostic tools.
- Preferred: healthcare SaaS, payer, claims processing or revenue cycle experience, and experience modernizing legacy SQL Server applications.
The potential base pay range is $75,500 to $188,800 per year, depending on qualifications, location and schedule.
