Marketing Automation Specialist

About the role

As a Marketing Automation Specialist you will design, implement, and optimise automated marketing journeys that help clients attract, nurture, convert, and retain customers. You will work across email, CRM, lead management, segmentation and reporting to create personalised experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage automated email campaigns, workflows, nurture sequences and customer journeys.
• Develop audience segments and personalisation strategies based on behaviour, lifecycle stage and business goals.
• Configure lead nurturing, scoring, routing and follow‑up workflows in marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, conversions and funnel progression.
• Conduct A/B testing of messaging, subject lines, timing, segmentation and automation paths.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, CRM or digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Klaviyo.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation and lead nurturing.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects independently.
