Marketing Associate – Real Estate Portfolio

About the role

The Marketing Associate will work closely with Greystar’s marketing team, onsite property teams and regional leadership to develop and execute tactical marketing strategies that support the brand and business objectives of each community within the assigned portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing liaison for onsite and operations teams across a designated portfolio of sites.
• Provide ongoing marketing support to community teams, business leaders and clients, creating tailored campaigns and asset‑specific marketing plans.
• Assist onsite teams in establishing and implementing social‑media strategies, email marketing, advertising websites and overall customer experience initiatives.
• Analyze performance reports, gather business intelligence and collaborate with revenue management to set short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Communicate via webinars, live presentations, social media tools, website content and training manuals to enhance stakeholder engagement.
• Recommend design agencies, manage creative scopes, issue RFPs and oversee property branding projects to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables.
• Maintain organized digital storage of all marketing assets and ensure proper asset management.
• Meet regularly with advertising and marketing partners, review service contracts and negotiate preferred rates and service levels.
