Marketing Associate

About the role

Navaide is looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Associate to support brand implementation, develop marketing materials, and enhance our presence across digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing content such as promotional papers, advertisements, and social media posts.
• Manage social media platforms, schedule posts, track engagement, and refine content strategy.
• Assist with website content updates and digital branding initiatives.
• Lead conference and event planning, including logistics coordination and material preparation.
• Drive internal messaging efforts, including leadership communications and employee spotlights.
• Maintain SharePoint content, ensuring easy access to announcements and resources.
• Manage swag procurement, vendor relationships, inventory, and fulfillment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, branding, content creation, or internal communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
