About the role

Key responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel to Marines and senior leadership.
- Litigate criminal cases, both prosecution and defense, within the military justice system.
- Advise on international, operational, and military law matters.
- Draft legal documents, contracts, and policy guidance.
- Represent the United States Marine Corps in courts, hearings, and administrative proceedings.
Required profile
- Current law student (2L/3L) or recent JD graduate.
- Bar admission or intent to sit for the bar exam.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Strong academic performance and commitment to public service.
- Demonstrated adaptability, leadership potential, and sound judgment.
