Manufacturing Quality Engineer

About the role

The Manufacturing Quality Engineer will work within Chesterton’s quality organization to ensure that all quality systems and methodologies are consistently applied across the Groveland value stream. This on‑site position collaborates with production, engineering, and other functions to drive continuous improvement and meet company quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enforce Chesterton Quality System requirements across the assigned value stream, divisions, and projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to establish company‑wide quality standards and measurable metrics.
• Monitor performance data, identify areas for improvement, and communicate findings to leadership.
• Achieve facility and product line quality goals by driving corrective actions and process enhancements.
• Maintain consistent, regular, and punctual attendance as a core job function.

Required profile

• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Groveland, Massachusetts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting quality objectives.
• Proactive attitude toward identifying and solving production quality issues.
