Manufacturing Finance Analyst II

About the role

The Manufacturing Finance Analyst II provides financial and process support for at least one manufacturing site, partnering with functional teams to deliver analytical insight that drives operational performance. The role supports short‑term planning, forecasting, budgeting, KPI reporting, and the monthly close.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance of the assigned manufacturing site and report on product costing and inventory metrics.
• Assist in cost‑reduction initiatives and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Collaborate with IT and functional leaders to implement process, system, and reporting enhancements.
• Support external auditors and ensure accurate inventory close activities.
• Prepare ad‑hoc financial analysis, forecasts, and management reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in manufacturing finance or public accounting.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, preferably in renewable energy or technology.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Inventory accounting and inventory close processes.
• Enterprise resource planning (ERP) or finance systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
