Manufacturing Engineer – Production Optimization

About the role
We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who will drive the optimization of our production processes. You will work across process design, ergonomics, capacity analysis, and cost evaluation to ensure efficient, high‑quality manufacturing.
Key responsibilities
- Design and improve manufacturing processes, including ergonomics and capacity analysis.
- Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and apply Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Conduct Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to uphold quality standards.
- Support new product development by assessing manufacturability and feasibility.
- Evaluate investment feasibility and profitability for manufacturing projects.
- Maintain ERP data – material records, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and routings – in coordination with the Engineering team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical role.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts.
- Proficiency with Excel, Macros, SQL, and Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
