Finished Goods QA Technician

About the role

The Finished Goods QA Technician ensures that all completed medical devices meet strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards before they are released to the market. Working within a regulated production environment, you will perform inspections, support product release, and maintain documentation in line with FDA and cGMP requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of finished products according to approved procedures.
• Conduct sampling activities and verify labeling, packaging, lot traceability, and product identification.
• Document inspection results accurately and support finished‑goods release by reviewing batch records, Device History Records, and related quality documentation.
• Maintain records following Good Documentation Practices and enter data into electronic quality systems.
• Assist with non‑conformance, deviation, and CAPA investigations, and ensure audit readiness for internal and external inspections.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, participate in root‑cause investigations, and recommend enhancements to inspection methods.
• Follow all Environmental Health & Safety requirements and keep the work area clean and organized.

Required profile

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, inspection, or a regulated production environment.
• Experience performing inspections and reviewing manufacturing documentation.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
