Manufacturing Associate – French Quarter

About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team at our French Quarter facility. The role involves hands‑on production of high‑quality, handcrafted lighting fixtures in a fast‑paced, family‑owned environment.

Key responsibilities

• Apply antique finishes to lighting products.
• Fabricate sub‑assemblies and individual parts.
• Assemble components, including hand riveting and utility installation.
• Prepare finished fixtures for packaging and shipment.
• Perform general warehouse duties such as cleaning, organizing, and vehicle detailing.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Desire for a long‑term, stable career with a family‑owned company.

Required skills

• Hand riveting.
• Fabrication and assembly of metal parts.
• Basic mathematics and measurement proficiency.
• Dexterity and hand‑eye coordination for tool use.
