Mandarin-Speaking Mental Health Therapist (1099 Contractor)

About the role

Lyra Clinical Associates, which partners with Lyra Health, is looking for an independently licensed clinical therapist to join its provider network as a 1099 contractor. The role suits clinicians who want to provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples and/or families, with administrative and marketing support and easy invoicing. Fluency in Mandarin is required.

Required profile

• Master's or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g. MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD or equivalent license, with no current, past or pending disciplinary action
• Licensed in Minnesota and able to speak Mandarin
• Full-time resident of the United States
• Experience with a broad spectrum of mental health needs, including risk management and clinical crises
• Strong preference for in-person care, though virtual care is open

Required skills

• Evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT and DBT
• Clinical best practices such as measurement-based care and skills practice
