Manager, Workplace Experience

About the role

The Manager, Workplace Experience partners with Mastercard’s New York City, Purchase, and Boston sites to deliver a consistent, high‑quality employee experience. Working within the Workplace Experience Center of Excellence, the role translates enterprise priorities into local actions and drives site‑based initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Workplace Experience point of contact for the assigned locations.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders, site stakeholders, and cross‑functional partners.
• Support implementation of enterprise Workplace Experience programs and initiatives locally.
• Identify and recommend improvements for workplace opportunities, employee needs, and operational challenges.
• Monitor site‑level trends, risks, and opportunities, escalating issues when needed.
• Lead planning, execution, and post‑implementation review of Workplace Experience initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, stakeholder engagement strategies, and implementation approaches.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery to ensure alignment and consistent execution.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing workplace or facilities programs across multiple sites.
• Strong judgment to translate enterprise direction into local outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to convey trends, risks, and recommendations.
• Project management experience, from planning through execution and review.
