Manager, Transaction Advisory

About the role

Beech Valley is looking for an experienced manager‑level consultant to join its Transaction Advisory team on an interim basis. You will lead Quality of Earnings (QoE) and financial due diligence engagements for both buy‑side and sell‑side clients, working remotely and delivering high‑quality analysis under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial due diligence, including normalized EBITDA, earnings adjustments, revenue and margin analysis, and working capital assessments.
• Prepare and review client schedules, exhibits, and narrative sections for final reports.
• Gather, clean, and organize client financial data, streamlining data requests and documentation.
• Collaborate with engagement leads to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and meet project timelines.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience in Transaction Advisory, Financial Due Diligence, or Quality of Earnings engagements.
• Strong understanding of GAAP financial statements and typical diligence adjustments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Clear communication skills for synthesizing findings into client‑ready output.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (large datasets, pivots, modeling, reconciliations).
