About the role

The University of Miami/UHealth department of SCCC seeks a full‑time Manager, Programs to oversee day‑to‑day operations of assigned university programs, ensuring alignment with academic and strategic missions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, evaluate, and monitor multiple programs and project plans for new and ongoing initiatives.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient program delivery and measure program effectiveness.
• Manage program budgets, collect and report program data, and maintain compliance with university policies.
• Develop external partnerships, supervise and mentor program staff, and oversee study‑related best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate research activities, including IRB preparation, site visits, data management, and community advisory panel meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in operational or program management.
• Demonstrated ability in organizational development, financial oversight, and team leadership.

Required skills

• Proficiency with REDCap or similar data‑management databases for secure data entry, validation, and reporting.
