Manager, Pro Business - Sales Enablement

About the role

The Manager, Pro Business - Sales Enablement advances the effectiveness and productivity of The Home Depot's in-store Pro sales organization by developing, executing and continuously improving sales enablement strategies, tools and processes. The role connects CRM, sales workflows, performance reporting and field execution to deliver measurable results, owns the strategic roadmap for key Pro sales tools and platforms, and works across functions to simplify workflows, improve adoption and enable data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead CRM strategy and optimization, and define and improve selling processes
• Develop reporting and performance measurement frameworks, and manage product and capability roadmaps
• Translate field insights into scalable solutions that strengthen account management and sales productivity
• Partner cross-functionally with internal and external teams, clients and management to drive change
• Evaluate initiatives by analyzing financial results against projections and by visiting stores, talking to associates and customers, and interviewing merchants
• Handle day-to-day implementation issues, working with store planning, visual merchandising and store and divisional associates

Required profile

• Age 18 or older and legally permitted to work in the United States
• Preferred: bachelor's degree from a four-year university, 3+ years of store operations or Pro business experience, experience with support technology platforms, and prior experience with reporting and data measurement
• Reports to the Senior Manager of Pro Business; typically requires less than 10% overnight travel
