About the role

Scout Motors is seeking a Manager, Parts Logistics to lead and optimise its Aftersales Parts Logistics and Warehouse Operations. The role ensures efficient flow of service parts across the supply chain while supporting scalable growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of Aftersales Parts Logistics and Warehouse Operations, including inventory flow, warehouse performance, packaging processes, material handling, and distribution network optimisation.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve logistics efficiency, warehouse productivity, inventory availability and service performance while balancing cost, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee warehouse operations and process management, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and sustainability objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and third‑party logistics partners to drive continuous improvement and data‑driven decision making.
