Manager, Office of Pro Acceleration - Sales Enablement

About the role

The Pro customer represents a $700 billion market opportunity for The Home Depot. The Office of Pro Acceleration brings together enterprise teams to win more of this business. As Manager, Office of Pro Acceleration, you will partner across Pro business units to drive sales growth with the largest National Account customers, including RFP responses, large multi-category projects, customer-facing deliverables and analytics and presentations. The role reports to a Senior Manager and has no direct reports.

Key responsibilities

• Sales enablement: lead RFP responses for large national accounts from start to finish, and partner with sales leadership to build presentations, proposal decks and pitch materials
• Strategic analysis: analyze sales data, buying trends and customer purchase habits to find white-space opportunities that expand share of wallet with top Pro accounts
• Capabilities development: develop shared enterprise capabilities such as enhanced CRM processes, shared account tracking and standardized sales playbooks
• Project management: act as primary project manager for complex, multi-category customer projects, coordinating Merchandising, Operations and Supply Chain so jobs are delivered on time and without friction

Required profile

• Age 18 or older and legally permitted to work in the United States
• Education: bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field related to the job
• Experience: 5 years preferred
• Travel: typically 5% to 20% overnight; mostly indoor work, occasional lifting of light items
