Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Planning

About the role

The Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Planning will lead analytical projects and grant activities within Enrollment Management and Student Affairs, collaborating across the division and institution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee complex projects and initiatives, developing detailed plans, monitoring progress, conducting research, and delivering recommendations to leadership.
• Evaluate grant opportunities, prepare proposals, manage post‑award activities, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Support the development, implementation, and assessment of the Strategic Enrollment Plan and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate data collection and analysis with Institutional Data, IT, and stakeholders to produce metrics, reports, dashboards, and actionable insights.
• Supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, manage budgets and grant accounts, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five years of related experience in project, grant, or strategic‑planning roles.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
