About the role
The Manager of Deliver Operations Planning leads and governs planning execution across a multi‑region network of distribution centers and transportation partners. The role ensures consistent application of planning standards, integration with Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and strong performance across service, cost, cash, and resilience outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead global execution of Deliver Operations Planning activities within established frameworks and standards.
- Ensure regional planning teams operate consistently within agreed planning guardrails.
- Monitor planning performance and drive corrective actions where gaps exist.
- Lead supply and capacity planning across owned and 3PL distribution centers and transportation partners.
- Provide accurate and timely visibility into planning metrics and outcomes.
