Manager, Leadership Training

About the role

The Manager, Leadership Training will lead the design, development and delivery of PCI’s learning and development programs. This role supports leaders and employees across the organization by providing engaging training experiences that align with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the design, development, delivery, evaluation and analysis of learning and development programs.
• Deliver selected classes via live or remote (webinar) sessions.
• Conduct needs analysis for talent development initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational strategy and competencies.
• Design and recommend instructional materials, including training content, online courses, video platforms and other resources.
• Support multiple ongoing programs within Performance & Potential and optimize employee development processes.
• Provide external learning vendor account analysis and management.
• Maintain training activities in the Learning Management System and generate reports for data‑driven support.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate and evaluate training programs to meet reporting requirements.
• Consult with employees, managers and departments on training and development issues.
• Develop criteria for evaluating training effectiveness, monitor ROI and report results.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in learning and development.
• Proven ability to deliver leadership development content to diverse audiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for on‑site support as needed.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, planning and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
