Manager II, Product Adoption & Operational Readiness

About the role

LexisNexis is transforming its Global Business Systems to accelerate revenue growth and improve customer experiences. The Manager II, Product Adoption & Operational Readiness will lead change and adoption strategies for platforms such as Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, eCommerce, and sales enablement tools, using data‑driven and AI‑supported approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product adoption and operational readiness across Salesforce CRM, CPQ, PeopleSoft ERP, eCommerce, Gong, and enterprise data platforms.
• Evolve traditional change management into intelligent, AI‑supported, behavior‑driven adoption models.
• Design and implement data‑driven frameworks that deliver personalized, real‑time user engagement.
• Use advanced analytics to identify adoption risks, guide interventions, and optimize outcomes.
• Partner with product and technology teams to embed in‑product guidance, nudges, recommendations, and copilots.
• Establish operational readiness standards, success criteria, go‑live processes, and post‑launch tracking.
• Align product releases with business readiness to accelerate time‑to‑value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to operationalize processes within enterprise platforms.
• Define and track adoption KPIs, linking platform usage to business results.
• Lead and develop a team focused on adoption, readiness, and change execution.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in change management, product adoption, sales operations, or related enterprise roles.
• Proven track record supporting large‑scale digital or platform transformations (e.g., CRM, CPQ, ERP).
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer processes.
