Manager - Franchise Customer Onboarding & Partnerships NAM

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager to lead Franchise Customer Onboarding and Partnerships for North America. The role serves as the primary liaison for specialty merchants, service providers, and network enablement partners, ensuring smooth lifecycle management and compliance with Mastercard standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of specialty merchants and service providers, including registration and program participation.
• Manage the Network Enablement Partner (NEP) program, driving onboarding and expansion initiatives.
• Act as the main point of contact for service providers, NEPs, and specialty merchants.
• Deliver training sessions on merchant and payment facilitator requirements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with Mastercard standards and address performance issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience and support regional growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer onboarding, partnership management, or related functions within the payments or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of specialty merchant and service provider ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and drive compliance initiatives.
