Manager for Enterprise Applications and Information Systems

About the role

The Manager for Enterprise Applications and Information Systems provides strategic leadership for campus-wide software and information systems, supporting academic and business functions such as Admissions, Student Records, Financial Aid, and Human Resources.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise application portfolio, including integration with the Learning Management System, BPM tools, document imaging, BlackBoard Commerce/Transact, analytics, and mobile applications.
• Oversee a technical team, assigning work, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring high‑quality customer service across a multi‑ethnic campus community.
• Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term plans, project roadmaps, and process improvements to meet university goals.
• Manage contracts, negotiate with vendors, and prepare business cases and reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
• At least four years of experience leading digital transformation or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong supervisory, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to motivate staff, prioritize work, and handle multiple projects under competing deadlines.

• Salary range $110,000‑$140,000 per year.
