Manager, Data Center Solutions Design (Architecture)

About the role

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Manager to lead the development and delivery of data‑center architectural solutions across its project portfolio. The role combines technical design, cross‑functional coordination, and onsite leadership to ensure sustainable, high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead coordination of A/S/MEP design activities with external consultants and ensure cross‑discipline alignment.
• Gather and document customer requirements in partnership with the Solutions Architect team.
• Provide onsite leadership during construction to verify architectural and structural work aligns with design intent.
• Oversee construction documents prepared by third‑party consultants and manage progress drawing reviews.
• Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as needed.
• Develop engineering standards, documentation, and team processes.
• Mentor junior team members and guide technical standards.

Required profile

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture (or related field) with professional licensure (RA/PE) or active pursuit (AIT/EIT).
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience overseeing architectural design and construction activities.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
