Manager, Consumer Success

About the role

Realtor.com® is seeking a seasoned Consumer Success leader to scale and lead a high‑impact team within its fast‑growing Real Choice Selling product. Based in Scottsdale, AZ, you will work in a hybrid model, guiding frontline coordinators to deliver exceptional experiences for both consumers and real‑estate agents.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of 15–18 Real Choice Selling Coordinators.
• Maintain daily dial plans, set performance expectations, and monitor adherence to the Rules of Engagement.
• Produce regular reports on coordinator performance, attendance, and development.
• Coach coordinators on call quality, script adherence, tone, and customer service through call monitoring.
• Act as steward of sales scripts, quality processes, and ensure team understanding of requirements.
• Identify and implement corrective actions and process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and scaling teams in a consumer‑focused, sales‑oriented environment.
• Strong track record of driving revenue impact and operational excellence.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable coaching.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
