About the role
One of our established retail stores is seeking a motivated and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise cashiers and front‑end staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service is maintained at all times.
- Assist with cash‑up procedures and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain housekeeping and merchandising standards in the front‑end area.
- Assist management with daily operational requirements.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) is compulsory and must be computer literate.
- Previous retail experience is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Good numerical and administrative skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
