Manager, Clinical Study Operations

About the role

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Manager, Clinical Study Operations to lead a team within its ClinOps group, overseeing end‑to‑end execution of device‑based clinical trials for neurological, psychiatric and sleep disorders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage direct reports and ensure successful study execution from feasibility through close‑out, escalating risks early.
• Own and drive domain‑level ClinOps initiatives such as process standardisation, tooling rollouts and data‑quality improvements.
• Represent ClinOps in business development conversations, feasibility discussions and investigator meetings.
• Maintain and improve SOPs, work instructions and CTMS practices, tracking KPIs in Asana and reporting to leadership.

Required profile

• 6+ years of clinical trial operations experience in biotech, med‑tech or pharma, with device‑based trial exposure preferred.
• 1‑2+ years of people‑management experience, including hiring, coaching and performance management.
• Ability to travel up to 15% for site visits and investigator meetings.

Required skills

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and FDA/global regulatory knowledge.
• Experience with SOP development and quality‑management systems (e.g., Qualio).
• Familiarity with proprietary CTMS/eTMF tools (eBinder, LMS, internal study platforms).
• Experience managing CROs and vendors.

What we offer

• Salary range $115,000 – $135,000 per year.
