About the role

The Manager, Business Solutions will join the LA Lakers Global Partnerships team to create data‑driven proposals that support partner acquisition and growth. This role blends storytelling with analytical thinking to translate brand value into compelling sponsorship concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop data‑driven proposals, case studies and templates that showcase the Lakers brand and meet partnership KPIs.
• Research prospective partners, industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Community, Social, Creative) to design executable partner concepts.
• Prepare and present integrated sponsorship presentations to internal decision‑makers.
• Maintain brand standards and visual storytelling within proposals using the internal creative team.
• Utilise CRM platforms (Salesforce/KORE) for inventory insights, tracking and partner record management.
• Support sponsorship valuation through market benchmarks, media exposure, fan data and historical results.
• Produce competitive intelligence, league benchmarking and category insights to guide strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• At least four years of full‑time experience in partnership strategy, integrated marketing, business development, sponsorship sales or activation.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and deliver insight‑driven narratives.
