Manager, Advertising Technology & Revenue Enablement

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager to lead advertising technology and revenue enablement initiatives for its Commerce Media group. The role focuses on building a best‑in‑class tech stack, improving productivity tools, and driving data‑centric adoption across internal advertising teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead systems projects that create a seamless lead‑to‑cash technology stack for the Commerce Media group.
• Design, implement, and promote productivity tools for diverse advertising personas.
• Enhance usability, increase operational efficiency, and deliver system enhancements and fixes.
• Run adoption campaigns, improve data quality, and identify AI use‑case opportunities.
• Provide reporting, support testing updates, and coordinate training initiatives.
• Manage integrations with Salesforce.com and related SaaS solutions such as Marketing Cloud, Outreach, CPQ, Ironclad, Seismic, Certinia PSA, CSG, Order Management, SAP, Oracle, SingleView, Tableau, and the Customer Advertising Platform.
• Utilize productivity platforms including MS Copilot, Alteryx, Confluence, Qualtrics, and others.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technology projects and driving adoption across business units.
• Strong ability to improve system usability and deliver measurable efficiency gains.
• Experience with data‑improvement initiatives and defining AI use cases.
• Excellent reporting, testing, and training coordination skills.
