Make Ready Specialist – Lakesound

About the role
The Make Ready Specialist ensures vacant apartments are prepared to the highest standards for re‑leasing. Working on‑site at the Lakesound community, you will perform technical and mechanical tasks to turn units into market‑ready homes.
Key responsibilities
- Complete all repairs and improvements on vacant units following the community’s make‑ready checklist.
- Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed.
- Inspect sheetrock for damage and repair or replace it.
- Perform touch‑up painting for vacant and occupied units under supervision.
- Assist with maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities, including trash removal and pressure‑washing breezeways.
Required profile
- Ability to follow detailed make‑ready checklists.
- Attention to detail in inspecting and repairing unit components.
