Make-Ready Specialist

About the role

The Make‑Ready Specialist ensures that vacant apartments are prepared to Greystar’s quality standards for re‑leasing. Working on‑site in Fort Worth, you will perform a range of technical and mechanical tasks to turn over units quickly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all repairs and improvements required before a new resident moves in, following the community’s make‑ready checklist.
• Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs and showers as needed.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage and perform repairs or replacements.
• Apply touch‑up paint to vacant and occupied units under the direction of the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist with maintaining grounds, common areas and amenities by removing trash and debris.

Required profile

• Ability to follow detailed checklists and standard operating procedures.
• Physical capability to perform manual labor, lift equipment and work in various apartment environments.
• Attention to detail to ensure units meet occupancy standards.
