Maintenance Weekender

About the role

Join Anheuser-Busch as a Maintenance Weekender, supporting high‑speed manufacturing operations on varying shifts, including weekends. This part‑time role offers hands‑on maintenance work with training and safety orientation provided.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders and provide maintenance support in a high‑speed manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment, including bearing, chain, motor, gearbox, valve, pump, and hydraulic system work.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery, overhaul gearboxes, and replace bearings, bushings, etc.
• Interpret schematics and equipment manuals.
• Adhere to plant safety and sanitation requirements and follow Standard Operating Procedures.
• Participate in work planning, part staging, and assist with process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying temperatures.
• Availability for alternating weekend shifts and ability to work 12‑hour shifts as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Prior production, warehousing, or related experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and continuous‑improvement experience preferred.
