Maintenance Technician (CMH)

About the role

The Maintenance Technician (CMH) ensures that production equipment runs smoothly by performing preventive and corrective maintenance, responding quickly to breakdowns, and driving continuous reliability improvements on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery to maximize uptime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Uphold 5S and housekeeping standards for a clean, organized workspace.
• Respond rapidly to equipment failures and production interruptions.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvement projects.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend reliability enhancements.
• Assist with maintenance planning and spare‑parts management.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintenance best practices.

Required profile

• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Ability to analyze problems and perform repairs.
• Associate degree with a technical focus or 18 months of related industrial experience.
• In‑depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Experience reading and interpreting drawings and schematics.
