Maintenance Technician – Zig (Full‑time)

About the role
The Maintenance Technician – Zig is responsible for technical and mechanical work that keeps the building, grounds, amenities and common areas in optimal condition. The role ensures cleanliness, safety, appearance and overall functionality of the property in line with Greystar’s standards. The position is on‑site at the Seattle property and involves hands‑on work across various building systems.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose defects and carry out repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Conduct pre‑move‑out inspections and create punch lists for vacant apartment units.
- Schedule vendors and contractors as needed for maintenance tasks.
- Obtain necessary supplies and materials to complete repairs and make‑ready activities.
Required profile
- Ability to perform technical and mechanical tasks on building systems and equipment.
