Maintenance Technician – Yardly Steele Creek

About the role
The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of the Yardly Steele Creek community—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance across the property.
- Diagnose the source of defects or problems and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Carry out the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring all systems are operational and the unit meets presentation standards.
- Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours emergencies and maintain property uptime.
Required profile
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday with a rotating on‑call schedule.
- Commitment to follow established safety procedures and regulatory codes while performing maintenance tasks.
Required skills
