Maintenance Technician – Wild Oak

About the role
The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of the property, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar's standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position supports resident satisfaction and prepares vacant units for new occupants.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose defects, determine causes, and execute repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Conduct the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creating punch lists.
- Schedule and coordinate vendors and contractors as needed to complete maintenance tasks.
Required profile
- Ability to perform technical and mechanical work on building systems.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and local code requirements.
- Capability to read and act on work orders and inspection reports.
