About the role

Join Mad City Windows & Baths, a proud Renuity company, as a Kitchen Installation Technician. You will work directly in homeowners' homes across Kansas City, delivering high‑quality kitchen remodels and ensuring a seamless, stress‑free experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products, including cabinets and countertops, following Mad City standards.
• Apply finish work as required for each construction application.
• Communicate with management after each installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete the carpentry job checklist with the homeowner at project completion.

Required profile

• 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Experience with kitchen cabinet installation and/or refacing.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
