Maintenance Technician – Vicino Apartments

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will ensure that the physical aspects of Vicino Apartments – a 390‑unit stabilized community – meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, on‑call position supports residents and the property by addressing service requests and performing preventative maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and common areas.
• Diagnose defects or problems and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Provide on‑call support, including weekend availability, to ensure timely issue resolution.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a residential or property‑management setting.
• Ability to work on call and be available on weekends, Tuesday through Saturday.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory standards.
