Maintenance Technician – The Reserve at the Boulevard

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the team at The Reserve at the Boulevard. The role ensures that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and completing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, maintenance tasks and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, track usage and notify the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Complete all required documentation and paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Assist with grounds and amenity upkeep such as trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning and painting of curbs and signage.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts whenever possible and using materials efficiently.

Required profile

• Ability to perform technical and mechanical work on residential properties.
• Experience following safety and risk‑management procedures.
• Strong attention to detail for inspections, documentation and inventory tracking.
• Willingness to work onsite and handle a variety of maintenance tasks.
