Maintenance Technician – The Isley at Windsor Hill

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Isley at Windsor Hill. The role involves ensuring the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests by completing assigned work orders and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Conduct preventative maintenance throughout the property, diagnosing issues and addressing them before they affect operations.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new tenants, ensuring each unit meets leasing standards.
• Follow a Monday‑Friday schedule (8 am‑5 pm) with a rotating on‑call rotation as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in building or property maintenance, with a focus on technical and mechanical tasks.
• Ability to work independently, follow established procedures and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
