Maintenance Technician – The Grove at Ben Hill

About the role
The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of The Grove at Ben Hill property—including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident requests, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property to ensure building systems operate reliably and safely.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, preparing units for new move‑ins by addressing any maintenance issues and ensuring the unit meets Greystar’s standards for cleanliness and functionality.
Required profile
- Experience performing technical and mechanical work in residential property settings.
- Ability to follow established procedures, safety standards and local code requirements.
