Maintenance Technician – Summerwell Maple Grove

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of the Summerwell Maple Grove property—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing according to policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, maintenance tasks, and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of materials, supplies, tools, and equipment, tracking usage, returning unused items, and notifying the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Assist with grounds and common‑area upkeep by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible and using materials and tools efficiently.
• Participate in safety and risk‑management meetings and adhere to Greystar’s safety policies.

Required profile
