About the role
Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for its Soma Towers property in Bellevue. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas in top condition.
Key responsibilities
- Execute routine and emergency maintenance tasks across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Respond promptly to resident service requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality of all property areas.
- Document work performed and report any recurring issues to management.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a residential or commercial setting.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to exceed resident expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performing team.
