Maintenance Technician – Solena Miramar

About the role

The Maintenance Technician at Solena Miramar is responsible for performing technical and mechanical work to keep the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas in optimal condition. Solena Miramar is a mid‑rise, stabilized community with approximately 250 units. This role supports resident satisfaction and ensures compliance with Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance across the property.
• Diagnose the source or cause of defects or problems and execute repairs in line with established policies, procedures, safety standards and code requirements.
• Carry out the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creation of punch lists to prepare units for new move‑ins.
• Follow a Monday‑Friday schedule with a rotating on‑call rotation as needed.
