Maintenance Technician – Sienna Residences

About the role
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the team at Sienna Residences in Pomona, CA. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas safe, functional and well‑maintained.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident work orders and complete repairs in a timely manner.
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks across the property.
- Diagnose defects, identify root causes and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Provide on‑call support and be available for weekend duties as required.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of maintenance experience in a property‑management or residential setting.
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
- Willingness to be on‑call and work weekends.
